Stack Wardrobe is a personal shopping service, not a warehouse — every item is bought fresh from Zara once you order it. Here's the full process from pick to delivery.
Browse zara.com yourself and choose the item, size, and colour you want. Copy the product link or item code — or check our Shop by Category page for inspiration first.
Share the link with us via WhatsApp, email, a call, Instagram DM, or the request form — whichever is easiest for you.
We check price and availability directly with Zara and send you a full total (item + service fee + shipping), plus your allocated delivery date. Nothing is bought until you approve this.
Once you pay, we purchase your item and arrange shipping. Your piece is delivered to you on the date we agreed — no surprises.
Delivery
Every order gets a delivery date agreed before you pay, based on Zara's stock and shipping time to your location. We'll keep you updated if anything changes, and you'll always know when to expect your item — no open-ended waiting.
Payment
Payment is by bank transfer or cash, agreed directly with you per order once the total is confirmed. We don't take any payment until you've approved the price and delivery date.
